Pumpkin with Apples casserole.
Pumpkin is perfect food for dietary cooking.
✔ 100 g (3,5 oz) pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, grated.
✔ 100 g (3,5 oz) apples, peeled, cored, grated.
✔ 50 g (1,8 oz) milk.
✔ 15 g (0,5 oz) farina.
✔ 10 g (0,4 oz) sugar.
✔ 1/3 egg, separated.
✔ 20 g (0,7 oz) butter.
1. Bring to boil milk with grated pumpkin. Stew.
2. Add grated apples and simmer, until pumpkin is tender. Gradually add farina, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Chill.
3. Add remained ingredients. At last add carefully egg yolk and stir in beaten to white foam egg - white.
4. Put the mixture into preheated greased pan with butter. Bake in the oven until done. Serve hot.
