Cottage cheese with dried apricots and kiwi.

Ingredients:
✔ 200 g (7 oz) cottage cheese.
✔ 3 - 4 tbsp fresh sour cream.
✔ 1 - 2 tbsp fresh milk.
✔ 5 - 7 dried apricots, washed, chopped.
✔ 1 - 2 tsp sugar.
✔ pinch vanilla.
✔ 1 slice of kiwi for decoration.

Method:
1. Beat cottage cheese with milk, add remained ingredients into the mixture. Stir.
2. Decorate with slice of kiwi and strips of dried apricot. Serve.
