Pie with Blueberry.
Ingredients for crust dough:
✔ 1 cup flour
✔ 1 tablespoon sugar
✔ pinch salt
✔ 100 g (3,5 oz) margarine, chilled and cubed
✔ 1 tbsp milk
✔ 2 tsp baking powder
✔ 1 egg, beaten
For filling:
✔ 1 cup fresh blueberries
✔ 1/3 cup sugar
Method:
1. Pulse dry ingredients and margarine in a food processor until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.
2. Add milk and egg pulse until dough comes together. Press mixture into ball and freeze for 30 - 40 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and put into greased baking pan. Arrange blueberries over the crust.
4. Over blueberries sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 F for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden.
