Corn salad, cooking vegetarian food

Cucumbers possess cleaning qualities, they slake thirst and reduce blood strength. They are good for people with high acidity and are used as diuretic. Cucumbers seeds open congestions and clean blood-vessels.

Corn Salad

Ingredients:
✔ 250 g (8,8 oz) sweet corn, canned (tinned).
✔ 200 g (7 oz) crab sticks or crab meat, cubed.
✔ 3 hard boiled eggs, cubed.
✔ 3 - 4 cucumbers, salted, cubed.
✔ 3 boiled potatoes, cubed.
✔ 1 onion, finely chopped.
✔ 100 - 150 g (3,5 - 5,3 oz) mayonnaise
✔ salt, chopped dill, parsley, celery, green onion to taste.

Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Flavour. Add mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly. Decorate with green onion, dill or tomato.
