Stuffed cabbage rolls with rice.

✔ 1 large head cabbage.

✔ 3 cup cooked rice.
✔ 1 lb mushrooms.
✔ 1/2 cup chopped onion.
✔ 1 fresh sweet paprika, chopped.
salt, ground pepper, ground dried dill to taste.

✔ 1/2 cup tomato sauce
✔ 1 - 2 tbsp flour,
✔ 2 tbsp fresh chopped greenery.
✔ bay leaf.
✔ 1/2 cup chopped onion.
✔ salt, pepper to taste
✔ water

1. Cook cabbage in boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes or until leaves tender enough to peel off and roll. Cool enough to pull apart. Drain and cool.

2. Make filling:
Mix rice with mushrooms, onions, paprika. Flavour with salt and greenery.
3. Separate cabbage leaves and make your rolls with filling mixture inside cabbage. Place the filling on each leaf and fold up envelope fashion. Lay flap down.
4. Prepare sauce and pour over rolls. Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for 1,5 to 2 hours. Serve hot with low fat sour cream.
