Pumpkin and apples baked.
500 g (1,1 lb) pumpkin, peeled, deseeded.
500 g (1,1 lb) apples, cored, sliced.
50 g (1,8 oz) dried and finely ground bread crumbs.
1 cup sour cream.
1 cup cheese, grated.
1. Slice pumpkin and apples to about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thin.
2. Place all slices on baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle over slices with sour cream, bread crumbs and scatter grated cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until pumpkin tender.
5. Serve hot.
