Cocoa-egg yolk coffee.

Ingredients:

✔ 2 cup water
✔ 2 tsp Coffee
✔ 1/2 tsp cocoa
✔ 1 egg yolk, beaten
✔ sugar to taste

Direction:

1. Pour the water in to the pot and bring to boil.

2. When the water is boiling, take it off the stove, and immediately stir the coffee mixed with cocoa into it.Set a side for several minutes. Heat again.

3. Pour the coffee mix through the filter. Serve in a coffee glass.Add sugar and beaten egg yolk.
