Burning Coffee.

Ingredients:
✔ 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
✔ 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
✔ 2-3 cubes Sugar
✔ rest Hot Coffee

Direction:
1. Place sugar cubes in heatproof coffee cup. Add brandy and set aflame.
2. Allow to burn for a good minute, then fill with Amaretto and coffee.
3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
