Carrot cake with jam.
Description: Carrot and Jam!
Ingredients for dough:
✔ 10 carrot, cooked, peeled and grated.
✔ 400 g (14 oz) cup flour.
✔ 2 beaten eggs, separated.
✔ 200 g (7 oz) sour cream
✔ vanilla to taste
For filling and decoration:
✔ 300 g (10,6 oz) jam
1. Combine all ingredients for dough. Beat the mixture carefully.
2. Roll out. Bake in oven on baking sheet greased with oil.
3. Chill the crust, cut into 4 parts.
4. Spread the jam on flat every of crust. Put one crust on top another crust. Cover, decorate Cake with whipped egg white.
5. Bake until brown.
