Hot White or brown Beans with ham.


✔ 1 cup white or brown beans
✔ 2 garlic cloves
✔ 1 potato, peeled, cubed
✔ parsley
✔ salt
For ham sauce:
✔ 100 g (7 oz) ham, cubed
✔ 1 onion, finely chopped
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1 paprika, chopped
✔ tomato sauce

Hot White Beans with ham


1. Soak beans overnight in plenty of water. Rinse and remove any remaining skin on beans. Place beans in a saucepan with enough water to cover beans. Cook until beans are soft.

2. Make ham sauce: Fry in skillet, in oil all ingredients For ham sauce.

3. Put ham sauce into saucepan with hot beans. Stir, add potato, salt to taste and remaining ingredients: garlic and chopped parsley. Cook until potato is tender. Decorate with Celery, dill or parsley leaves. Serve hot.
