Old Russian Salad.

Ingredients:
✔ 3 - 4 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed.
✔ 2 - 3 salted cucumbers, cubed.
✔ 2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped.
✔ 1 - apple (sour taste be better), peeled and cubed.
✔ 1 herring, fillet, cubed.

For dressing:
✔ 100 - 250 g (3,5 oz - 8,8 oz) sour cream.
✔ 1 tsp mustard.
✔ 2 tbsp vinegar.
✔ 1 tbsp horseradish, finely grated.
✔ chopped dill and parsley to taste.

Method:
1. Cube some boiled potatoes, meat, salted cucumbers.Add remained ingredients. Stir.
2. Make dressing for the salad. Combine all ingredients for dressing. Beat.
3. Season salad with dressing and mix. Decorate the salad with onion rings, dill and parsley.
