Cottage cheese Scones or cookies with almonds.

Description: This recipe is very simple and tasty.

50 g (1,8 oz) cottage cheese
2 g (1 tsp) butter
50 g (1,8 oz) almonds, peeled, finely chopped.
1 egg yolks, beaten.
vanillin, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix carefully. Make scones and bake in oven until golden.
