Cheese with cinnamon.
1 kg (2,2 lb) cottage cheese.
250 g (8,8 oz) butter, use hard, cold butter to grate.
1 cup (100 g / 3,5 oz) sour cream.
2 tbsp icing sugar.
0,5 tsp cinnamon.
1. Beat cottage cheese, add grated butter and mix well.
2. Add remained ingredients into the mixture. Stir until the mixture became homogeneous.
3. Put the cottage cheese under Cargo (place weights of some kind on the cottage cheese sweet cake mixture in the bowl) and leave in a cold place or fridge.
