Sweet cake with cottage cheese.

1 lb flour
250 g (8,8 oz) cottage cheese
125 g (4,4 oz) butter
125 g (4,4 oz) sugar
100 g (3,5 oz) raisins
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 g (3,5 oz) walnuts, toasted, chopped.
vanillin, to taste
1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the sugar.
2. Rub in the butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the eggs. Combine with beaten cottage cheese.
3. Add raisins, walnuts and vanillin. Mix carefully. Put into the cake tin and bake until golden.
