Fish soup, Salmon or Tune, or sardine.
2,5 litre (5,5 pint) water
2 potatoes, medium, peeled, chopped into strips.
1 big carrot, scrapped and grated.
1 onion, chopped.
1 tin, 250 g (8,8 oz) Salmon, (or Tune, or sardine), canned with oil.
1,8 oz (50 g) leek or green onion, chopped.
dill, parsley, Celery, chopped.
salt, freshly ground black pepper, ground cayenne pepper, coriander, bay leaf, Allspice to taste.
1. Pour water in to pot and bring to boil.
2. Put potatoes in to boiling water and cook until tender. Add grated carrot and simmer, covered, for several minutes on low heat.
3. Put in to pot remained ingredients, and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes on low heat. Season. Serve immediately, with sour cream.
