Eggs stuffed with cheese.

stuffed with Pot cheese Ingredients:
4 - 6 eggs hard boiled.
3 tbsp mayonnaise.
For stuffing:
200 g (7 oz) cheese, grated.
1,5 tbsp butter.
2 tbsp sour cream.

Method:
1. Cut the eggs into halves horizontally and slip out yolks into a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Set aside eggs whites.
2. Blend eggs yolks with butter and cheese. Fill egg whites with yolk - cheese mixture.
3. Remained cheese mix with sour cream. Put into beautiful bowl. Decorate with stuffed eggs and Melissa leaves.
Scatter tops of eggs with mayonnaise and serve.
