Ice coffee

Ingredients:
✔ 1 teaspoon sugar
✔ 2 fluid ounces rum
✔ very strong coffee, room temperature preferable
✔ cream
✔ ice, small pieces of

Direction:
1. In large glass, put sugar and rum.
2. Add a cup coffee, stir briefly and carefully, add ice, mix a with a wand or a little spoon, add cream pouring it over the back of the spoon so that it floats on the surface.
